We travel within 60 minutes of Detroit Lakes, MN at no extra cost. Outside of our range, please contact us for a custom travel quote.
We believe engagement sessions are a crucial part of the wedding experience! This time allows us to get to know you as a couple prior to the wedding day because let's be honest, we will spend more time with you on your day than your bridal party! :)
During the engagement session, we will get you comfortable and confident in front of our cameras as we teach you our posing tips + tricks. We believe it's important to have an engagement session with the photographer you book for your wedding date, so in our top 2 photo packages and top 2 photo & video combo packages, this session is built in complimentary. This session cannot be swapped out for another package add-on.
If you're interested in spreading out the cost of your wedding photo and/or video, we are able to split the cost into monthly payments with no interest. The retainer ($1,250 for just photo or just video or $2,250 for photo & video combo packages) is due to secure your date. Final payment is due 30 days before the wedding day. engagement session:
we are often asked if we can adjust our package to not include the engagement sessions and our answer is no. our engagement sessions are complimentary because strongly believe that you should have your session with the photographer you book for your wedding day! having a personal relationship prior to the wedding day will make your wedding day go smooth since there isn't any awkward getting to know you time! :)

1. how do i receive my photos?
Your wedding (& engagement) photos will be delivered via a custom online gallery link. This link holds your high resolution, edited photos for you to easily access, download, and print.
2. how long is my gallery online?
Your wedding gallery will be online for up to 5 years. You may have little kiddos running around by the time your gallery expires!
3. can i print the photos myself?
Absolutely! Although we highly recommend ordering professional prints through your gallery for the very best quality and color, we believe you should have the option to print your own photos. Simply download your images and upload them to the print lab of your choice.
4. how should i back up my photos?
Your photos are safe in your gallery for 5 years, after that you are responsible for backing up your images. We recommend backing up your images in multiple places. Google drive, Dropbox, external hard drives, etc.
